One new treatment we’ve just introduced that is already proving extremely popular is our new Dermalux Tri-Wave LED Phototherapy machine. The Dermalux machine delivers a pain-free and very relaxing experience that is clinically proven to treat a wide variety of skin concerns, including acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis and can even help to reduce the effects of ageing.
The Phototherapy combines red, blue and near infra-red light emitting diode or LED light sources. The blue light can also help in the treatment of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) as it reduces the amount of melatonin released.
SAD is also known as ‘winter depression’ because the symptoms are usually more apparent and more severe during the winter.
