She’s been sprinkling her skincare magic at Reds for a whopping 24 years (must have only been 12 when she started) – but with 30 years in the beauty biz, she’s basically a facial wizard.

Nicola’s our Glow Queen and caci queen – if it involves a facial, she’s your girl. She loves nothing more than working alongside her fab team… and maybe sneaking in a post-work vodka or two.

A bit about Nicola:

She’s into fitness (but also fizz), adores her dog Poppy (the real boss), and she’s very proud of being a homeowner – her own space, her own rules. No one’s stealing the remote in Nicola’s house!

Things you might not know:

She’s smashed the Great North Run (yes, actually ran it) and she’s happily divorced – her words, not ours! Independent queen energy all day long.
