Meet Susan!
Owner of Reds for only 39 years (basically since perms were cool the first time).
Susan picked up her scissors at 15 and never looked back — she still gets a buzz from a great cut and a full-on restyle. Making clients feel amazing is her thing, and as the boss, she makes sure the Reds crew are always feeling fab too.
Outside the salon?
Susan’s a proud grandma who loves her kids, grandkids, yoga sessions, and sunny bike rides (bonus points if there’s green tea after).
Greatest achievement?
No biggie… just winning the British Hairdressing Awards – casual legend stuff.
Things you probably didn’t know:
• She originally trained in beauty, but hair stole her heart
• She was a dancer at 16 (so yes, she has moves)
• And her lasagne is so good it deserves its own award – don’t believe us? Just ask!
