Technical Manager & All-Round Queen of Hair

With 27 years in hairdressing (25 of them right here at Reds!), Victoria is basically part of the furniture—but way more glamorous!

She lives for all things hair—from fab colour to good chats and being surrounded by her amazing team in a buzzing atmosphere.

When she’s not in the salon?

You’ll find her soaking up time with family & friends, planning her next holiday, or catching a show at the theatre.

Proudest moment?

Her two incredible kids—her daughter smashing it at uni and her son doing brilliantly in sixth form.

A fun fact you might not know…

Victoria can TAP DANCE! (Yes, really!)

And if her life was a movie?

Julia Roberts would totally be cast as her!
